What we do
Medico-legal coordination, end to end
FundaMedical Management Services coordinates medico-legal assessments and expert reports for attorneys. Our panel of 140+ experts across 44+ disciplines includes 55+ who specialise in medical negligence.
We work on Road Accident Fund, medical negligence and personal injury matters, as well as civil, injury on duty, loss of maintenance, Minister of Police, PRASA, product liability, slip and trip, and wrongful arrest claims.
How it works
From instruction to court

Instruction and pre-screening
Send us the matter and we arrange a free clinical pre-screening. In medical negligence matters, the records go straight to the expert for a privileged opinion.

Booking
We confirm experts within an hour, and a dedicated case administrator manages the matter from start to finish.

Assessment day
At FundaPark or at a mobile assessment day near the claimant. FundaDrive provides transport, FundaCare welcomes claimants, and translators, on-site imaging, catering and FundaLodge accommodation are all available.

Reports and court support
We deliver comprehensive reports and look after joint minutes, affidavits, pre-trial preparation and court reservations, keeping the chain of evidence intact throughout.
