An evaluation of the musculoskeletal system through a physical examination and perusal of the x-ray images and report to determine the extent of the Orthopaedic injury and the impairment in functioning the injury has led to. Injuries include, but are not limited to, fractures of any bone in the body, spinal injuries, paralysis, amputation of limbs etc. Functional impairment relates to chronic pain, restrictions in range of movement, reduction in earning capacity and ability to perform activities of daily living.
